Moving from Italy to Tunisia at the age of 11 inspired a life-long curiosity in new perspectives and adaptation into new contexts, hence Amal’s current role in 88 International’s global expansion.  With a background in Geopolitics and NGO Management, combined with more than 5 years of experience in Tunisia88, she supports cross-country program development, implementation and strategic planning.

Currently a Software Engineering student at Higher National Engineering School of Tunis and bringing with her more than 5 years of experience in numerous roles in Tunisia88, Assma is passionately committed to finding and empowering the spark inside of all 88 International program participants.

Social Media and Communications Manager

With a background in music, environmental studies, and anthropology, Selima blends storytelling and strategy to showcase the talents of our vibrant communities across the world. A singer and songwriter, she believes deeply in human potential and the power of interconnectedness to drive meaningful change. In moments of pause, Selima collects plants and their scents, and writes poems to immortalize fleeting moments.

Rabaa Mwelhi has been the Chief Coordinator of Tunisia88 Clubs since 2017, supporting youth across Tunisia through creative, reflective, and student-centered approaches. A former English teacher and Fulbright alumna, she holds master’s degrees in English literature and cultural management. Passionate about education and personal growth, Rabaa combines pedagogy, music, and mentorship to help young people discover their voice. She’s also a singer and member of the engaged music group Ouled Bou Makhlouf.

Aziz Mattoussi

Operations Director, Tunisia88

Aziz Mattoussi is a mechanical engineer with a passion for youth empowerment and leadership. As Director of Operations at Tunisia88, he helps run a nationwide network of school music clubs, combining strategy and heart to reach students across Tunisia. With over eight years of experience, Aziz is also a trainer and program strategist, known for sparking creativity and confidence in young changemakers.

Ismael-Mehdi Zaamoun

A passionate advocate for youth empowerment and civic engagement, with rich experience in project coordination, community development, and international cooperation, Mehdi is especially interested in pursuing research in education. Whether he’s supporting high school clubs across Morocco or managing operations, Mehdi brings energy, strategy, and heart to everything he does. Visionary yet grounded, he’s the kind of person who turns ideas into action—and somehow spent a whole year working in Tanzania without ever visiting Zanzibar.

Assan combines entertainment, music, comedy and theater, and leverages his public presence to inspire and connect with communities across the country. A beloved public figure, Assan often finds himself greeted by name wherever he goes!

Diaghate is passionate about youth development and brings extensive experience in managing education and entrepreneurship projects. Having led numerous initiatives, he’s worked with over 20 institutions to empower young people through entrepreneurship, vocational training, and income-generating activities. With a proven track record in project coordination and strategic partnerships, he is driven to make a lasting impact on youth empowerment and social change in Senegal.

Kaiyin Huang

Kaiyin Huang

Director, Taiwan88 & Co-Director, MMF

Kaiyin Huang is a Taiwanese pianist, educator, and humanitarian who believes in music’s power to heal and connect. A graduate of The Juilliard School, Yale School of Music, and SUNY Stony Brook, she has performed at iconic venues like Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. Kaiyin co-founded the Myanmar Music Festival and leads Taiwan88, bringing music to over 40,000 students across Taiwan. Her organization, Kairos Arts, uses creative arts therapy to support vulnerable communities. Through her performances and initiatives, Kaiyin harmonizes artistry with advocacy, inspiring hope and compassion worldwide.

Kevin Kyaw

Kevin Kyaw

Assistant Artistic Director, MMF

Kevin is a dynamic pianist, educator, and arranger from Myanmar, who blends his love for music with a passion for advocacy. From self-studying the piano at the age of 12 to performing on four continents, Kevin’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring. Kevin has won several prestigious awards, including the Kansas State MTNA-Steinway Young Artist Competition, and loves sharing his knowledge as a teacher. When he’s not performing or teaching, he’s arranging Burmese folk music, contributing to the music scene in Myanmar, and serving as Assistant Artistic Director for the Myanmar Music Festival.

Nourelhouda is a Tunisian cellist, sound engineer, and composer with a flair for blending creativity and tech. A graduate in sound engineering and music production, she’s also a multi-instrumentalist who brings energy and heart to every project. As a longtime Tunisia88 leader and international trainer, she uses music to inspire youth and spark change.
